Login ProblemsFollow

Yes, I got a very good problem...that some might be able to figure out. You see I have a logitech G15 keyboard, and I cannot type in my login name OR password at that screen, the main things are off, rebooted my computer, and tried even deleting the gameguard folder and it did NOTHING to solve it...only thing that did happen is that the space bar worked..but that was all. It is clicked onto normal mode, has been updated, and I'm trying to figure out what to do next to fix it because I REALLY wanna play retail and if I can't get help then why should I even unlock it right now when you can't type in the login name and password.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can try?

I'm not even going to try deciphering what you just said so here's a few basic things to try.

Make sure your keyboard is plugged directly into the computer and not a USB hub.

Does the keyboard work in other programs? Are you only having problems in the game you're trying to play? Which game is it by the way?

Try using a different keyboard, the G15 itself might be bad.

What OS are you using?
