An Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 with up to 358MB of memory (I don't know if it is dedicated or shared, but I assume the latter).

I've been trying to find some info about how the chipset compares to other graphics cards. I found some sources that say it is better than the 6000 level cards (which my previous pc had).

Will it be powerful enough to run one or both of the games?

Yep, I run both frequently.
