WoW putting up extra HotBarsFollow

Hello all, I am new and will try to keep it short. I play WoW and use Trinity bars. I dl'ed a new bar UI and didn't like it so I switched back to trinity. Ever since then however, when I log on to WoW I see an extra Hotbar along the bottom(looks like a blizzard bar) and a double row along the sides, as well as my bags opening up towards the center of the screen. It makes it hard to play as anytime I open my skills tab these extra bars clip into my trinity bars and I can't place any skills. This ONLY happens on this one character as well, my others do not have this problem. I have tried deleting my WTF folder, all my interfaces, my savedvariables.lua and still have the problem. I even went so far as to uninstall WoW and reinstall, but still have the same problems even with a fresh install(maybe I missed deleting all WoW files after uninstalling??). This is so frustrating as it is only happening to the one character. Does anyone have any idea what I can do??

You are a life saver my friend. It took me a while. My wife is Korean, so we play on the Korean server, so I had never even noticed the tab before since everything is in Korean. But thanks again, simple problem I guess. Many thanks.
