I came home from work and found my 3 copies had arrived. 2 of my PC there was no issues at all installing BC. on the third, when I put disk 1 in the cd drive doesent read a cd. When I put in disk 1 form both of the other 2 sets on that pc they it cannot be read.

When I put in **** 2-4 it is readable but tells me to put in disk one. Whne I put in a different game ( in this case battle for middle earth 2 ) it reads right away no issue.

I have tried to go to safe mode and no help there. I tried looking at the wow O fourms and see no mention of this there.

Help!

I found a temporary work around. I copied CD one to a shared folder on one of my PC's. I then moved the data to the Broken PC. No problems with the install after that

Hope this helps anyone else with this problems.

People who are having trouble installing directly from the disks might want to consider this alternative:

Copy the Tome file on each disk to a seperate folder on your harddrive. Also copy the Installer.exe file (not the Installer.ico file) to the folder as well. Then run the installer from there and it should not require the disks at all.

That is a good idea for some of the install issues out there. It seems that folk who have a PC that only has a DVDRW drive cannot see the CD. When loaded the CD shows blank. The only work arounds are either what I posted above or to make a iso copy to transfer.
