FFXI crashingFollow

Hey, i know people have been having these problems but i cant find anything about it anymore.

My game crashes when i enter a city. My Main and one of my mules is stuck in Jeuno, and my static char was fune but i brought it into selbina and now its stuck. I dont know what is wrong.

When I log on to that character, it is up for like 2 seconds then crashes to desktop. I played it on my other computer at my dads house and it works fine. I have Time Warners Road Runner. Anyone know whats up? I was just playing with my static character for like 2 hours before i entered city.
