Problem Loading POL Viewer - Error MessageFollow

I recently received the update from POL after successfully loading up for the first time. It then went on to restart POL Viewer. However I received an error message containing many boxes. Thinking this was a one-off. I closed it and loaded it up again. Again the error message came up. I have subsequently tried 10 further times after this only to receive the same error, Any ideas on what is wrong?
