all the NPC in ToAU are called stupid things like "NPC" or "Item_2" and nothing responds except the AH.
So can i uninstall and reinstall JUST ToAU without taking the rest of the game with it, because everything else seems fine.

I would think so as they're seperate programs. No guarantee that it will fix your problem though.
