Ok, so as you've probably guessed, this is about meta data. This isn't really related to any specific game, in fact it's not related to any game at all, unless you consider Word and OpenOffice games. The question is, is there a free, easy way to view, edit and delete meta data from files, specifically .odt and .doc? Thanks in advance.

Viewiing and deleteing can be done via the Word viewer and openoffice itself (both free) Deletign can be done from word documents via this microsoft plugin, not sure about openoffice. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=144e54ed-d43e-42ca-bc7b-5446d34e5360&displaylang=en

Editing, again openoffice itself, or for a word document you could use a hex editor or notepad to blank it out, but that would get insane quickly. Just spring the $70.00 for the full version of Word.
