Once last night and twice tonight I've been d/ced from ffxi. As far as I can tell it's not Besieged type lag, it's happened once just as besieged began and twice in exp parties in non-crowded zones. What happens is the game freezes- as in I can move my character but everyone else is frozen as they were. Then I see the connection droooooop from 100% to 0% over 3 or 4 min, and get kicked off FFXI. I can't usually get back on straight away either, I have to close POL viewer, wait up to 5 min, and log on again. This is really annoying... anyone have any idea what could be causing it? The POL error when I can't get back on after d/cing is 0011, didn't note the one it gave when I started d/cing.

I think it has something to do with the latest update they did. Have you noticed that it takes much longer when logging into POL also? I haven't even played since the 23rd because

A.) I can't get on

B.) I get kicked off shortly after logging on.

So I'd say expect to see a maitnance soon.
