well i called tech support and they said my dvd drive isnt uploaded well i know i have one since it is clearly labeled and im just wondering if i can get it back and dont say system recovery disc because it is a dvd.
Your post is very vague. Can I assume you have a PC with an interal DVD drive? The first thing to check is the system Bios. Usually you get to that by depressing the delete key while booting.
If you don't know how to do this, have someone who understand PC's do it for you. If the bios screen dosen't show your DVD drive on an IDE channel. You won't be able to use it in windows.

Try updateing your drivers as well.
