Probably the wrong place to post: Friends Lost PasswordFollow

Received a tell from a friend of mine in FFXI who only recently registered for the forums here. Apparently they forgot to change the password from the random one given, deleted the email, and now cannot log in. Despite trying to get the password sent to the email address thye registered with, nothing has gone through.
