My house is enabled for wireless internet and i would like to use it (in fact, i HAVE to use it on a laptop windows operating program btw) and i don't know how to figure out my WAP password so i can access it. (I can't reset the router, and i can't make a new password). So this is where you come in! it would be preferable if there was some sort of command prompt to get this hexidecimal password but i dunno so if you have the info, please post!

Why can't you reset the router?
What you'll probably end up having to do is hook a computer straight up to the router and logging into it through the web interface to get your WEP key.
Who set it up for you? They should have that information.

Try a password with all zeros. That's the usual, default password.
