Long distance charges?Follow

Hi. I have been playing EQOA for a while but recently my phone bill has been gettin very high (it is EQOA). I believe it is AOL and At&T's Fault, I looked for local numbers in my area from AOL I believe they are correct. But still I get the very high charges. What charges are supposed to be there and how do I change EQOA to local charges? N e help would be appreciated.
