reinstalled XP now have POL 1164Follow

HP
AMD 1.47 Processor
896 MB ram
ATI 9600 128MB vid card
dsl, no router

POL - 1164.
Some problems occured in HDD data.
Please check installation status.

I read saw what the faq said about this error but I don't have over 1mb of ram. I tried removing ffxi completely and reinstalling but when I try to update, at the 2:00 remaining mark I get this screen. I never had any problems isntalling it the first time.

Anything?

Now during the ffxi update I got the error again. Starting over.
