Ok, cause i keep getting POL-0019 Error... see thread for it http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=25&mid=1088705274142155787&num=15

So im just wondering, how to cancel subscription without www.playonline.com or playonline?
Is it possible if i install playonline to my friend's computer and log in with my account and cancel it that way?

Yes, that will work, or you can call playonline customer support. Sorry you weren't able to get it working. I'm really kind of stumped as to why its not letting you, especially after you formatted and reinstalled. Very strange
