FF11 - system error PLZ HELPFollow

i just bought Ps2 final fantasy 11..
i tried to register "playonline" ... everything works fine until i get to the credit card part and i submit my information... all of a sudden.. " SYSTEM error.. plz wait a few minutes then try again".. so i do that over and over and it doesnt work


all other games work fine socom.. splintercell .. sports games

IT JUST WONT LET ME REGISTER.. ive tried it without my router with router 3 different credit card numbers nothing works plsz help THIS NEWBIE !!!!!
