Help Me Please/ blue screen part 2Follow

about 2-3 times a day(on average) while im playin FFxi my computer will get a blue screen and I will have to restart my comp. Anyways somone told me this is because I have a virus on my computer. Now heres my question. Where do I download a free virus deleter thingy? Im not really comuter savey so I need somthing easy but free, everytime i try to download one it just scan my computer and wehn i try to delete the stuff it wont let me because it says u can only scan with the free trial. I NEED ONE THAT WILL ACTUALLY DELETE THE CRAP FOR FREE NOT JUST SCAN!! anyways thanks a ton in advance and everyone have a happy 4th.

ok so i was given a place to go and download a free virus detector/deleter and I ran it, to my suprise i had several viruses on my comp and thankfully it removed them....ALL BUT 1! :(
anyways the virus is " Startpage.3.AV " and it is found in file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\avpcc.dll
not only will it not delete the virus, i cant delete the file because when i try to it says cannot be deleted because its being used by another person or somthing to that effect.
anyways i know this isnt directly related to final fantasyxi but it is definatly effecting my game play, PLEASE HELP! and again thank you in advance : )
