FFXi problemFollow

Hello all when i log into FFXi it freezes but sometimes when it freeze i cans till walk around but cant see anything other time i cant but everytime it freezes i can still hear the music. One time i turned off the moniter for a few minutes turned it back on i could move aorund again and it wasnt frozen. Please help me i just want to play
