Allakhazam eMail :: World of Warcraft

Hello,

I'm a Premium subscriber to Allakhazam. My understanding is that I get an eMail address from Alla. I believe this would be rattan@allakhazam.com However I'm not getting any eMails and when I test the address - I get the following message

<rattan@allakhazam.com>
Permanent Failure: 550_5.1.1_<rattan@allakhazam.com>..._User_unknown

Do I need to get my eMail activated? or is it something else?

Agamemnor just checked, your premium status is indeed enabled. I just sent you a test message, let's see if ti goes through.

Ok, apperently, your @allakhazam account is only active if you have "make e-mail public" enabled in your profile options. this will make your allakhazam e-mail show up in a link on every forum post you make, and enable the @allakhazxam address. if that toggle is not checked, it is disabled.
