EQ file missingFollow

i am having a problem getting EQ to run on my come, and would like any feed back on how to correct this problem. i can start the file scan/download screen fine, but when i go to click on play i get a error window that has this message "unable to run file d3dd9.dll was no found" and help on this would be welcome
