Please help meFollow

Alirght i had a problem with FFXI where it would just freeze during game so i reinstalled windows. SO now i go to try and patch everything and during the patch it just keeps getting connection error and its just in playonline my Internet exploring is still running and so is aim. It wont let me patch it it just get error please help
