I feel like a complete idiot...OK heres my story...i was playing FF11 fine on my PC i installed rize of Zilart and everything but when i reached the point were i could go to kazham i found out i needed to register for Expanded services...i thought ok no prob. But then i discovered that i forgot my POL password. I had it saved so when i logged in i didnt need to type it. I tried changing my password but it only ended in disaster now i cant even log in anymore! Someone PLZ help me.

Also, if i cant get my old password and have to make another POL ID will that affect my FF11 charecter?

You may be able to ge squareenix xustomer support to help you out, assuming you have the origional billing information the account is billed to. Your characters are keyed to your PoL ID, so if you make a new ID, your characters will not be there. E-mail pikko@allakhazam.com, she might have better information.
