UPDATE ERROR POL-0010Follow

anyone else keep getting the message "Error Code POL-0010 Network is busy or there are connection problems...." when you try to update? At first I thought it might be because the updater is being flooded or somthing but normally if you can get in it shouldnt kick you off if thats the case. The first time I tryed to update it gave me this error, so i mashed the retry button until it let me in. Approx. 1 1/2 hrs. later it brought the error up mid-download...that dont sound like flooding to me or else they wouldnt be kicking people off who are mid-download.

I get:

"Version Update Communication Error."

Error Code: POL-1160

And it gives a message about the network being buisy... Also, on the POL chat rooms, many people are having the issues. On playonline.com under news/general it talks about these errors, and them being based on the overload of their servers while downloading this.

Still don't know. Tried to contact a GM, but no response.

Have been waiting 5 1/2 hours now.

No luck.

it is because of the download speed...... i.e. try a highspeed modem (only for updates) if needed
