Item Search Database Problems in EQFollow

Is there two different database for the Item Search and the Faster Item Search? When using Item Search I can find Massive Girdle of the Forge (for example item=10480) which has a smithing modifier, however, if you use Faster Item Search and put only search for Blacksmithing modifying items, it won't bring it up.

So apparently the faster item search (at least for modifier type items) is not properly pulling all the items that have them. Anyone know if this is true?
