Printing a "Poster" from AcrobatFollow

I like this map enough to make it into poster form. But I haven't a clue on how to navigate my way around Adobe Acrobat. I had printed up a similar map into poster form through Paint (meaning I blew up the picture and printed it 3x3 form and taped the pages together... ok my girlfriend did) but I can't seem to take the image from Acrobat to Paint and make it work the same. Any help?
