Can't install DirectX 9Follow

I suspect its because of the video card, but what the hell do I know?

When I try to install DX9 the installation fails, with the following message:

"The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatability with Windows XP (Tell me why this is important)

The software will not be installed. Contact your system administrator."

Edit: Oh, I did install a new driver as suggested by today's EQ patch, but the problem existed both before and after the driver upgrade.

If it is a video card issue, and I need to upgrade, do you have any recommendations?

Yeah, looks like you are not set up with admin permissions on your account for some reason. Logging in under the main account should fix the issue
