So im still using K-Lite, I know I should stop.

Anyway I downloaded Payback (Good Mel Gibson flick) I booted it up to watch it, I got no sound and no picture, no big loss, and I go to delete the file, and it just won't delete. It keeps saying that it is in use by another person or program.

I suspect foul play here, I did a full system scan with PC-cillin and AVG (Nothing), I ran AdAware. But it still won't let me delete this stupid movie that won't work.

What horrible things is it doing to my harddrive?

if i had to guess, i'd say that someone else is using your own kazaa version of said film to download, and windows wont let you kill the file while kazaa is using it to upload to a different user. if this dont work, need more help than i can give.
1.close kazaa completely(exit the program, dont just hit the X in the upper right corner)
2.delete file.
3. your done, unless it doesnt, in which case you may or may not be screwed
4. get rid of kazaa

damn, calm yourselves. this happens all the time with Kazaa. just reboot your pc and it should let you delete it.

and if you've done that and it won't close... run for cover. =p

restart in safe mode and nuke the ******* from there. If that doesn't work, use F8, go to command prompt and nuke it from there. If that still doesn't work, let me know and we'llt ry plan f.
