First off, I am a premium member, for clarification.
This seems to only happen at work, and other co-workers seem to have the same problem with their accounts, so it might be a proxy configuration problem or something, but here goes -
When I log-in, I am taken to my user-information page. The page seems....not totally loaded, as the background is white, and the 'view my..' links at the bottom all are dead links. Anyhow, there is no visible link that I could see that would take me back to the main-page, so I simply type the URL back in to navigate back.
The problem is, the main page doesn't recognize I have logged in. Whenever I do an equipment search, my premium features are not enabled, so the drop-downs are greyed-out. This is not a problem though, as if I type something in like 'sword', when the results pop-up, my premium features are enabled. I guess doing a search causes it to somehow 'refresh' its user info.
The real issue is with quest search. No matter what, it is greyed-out, and states I need to be a premium member to use it. Is this a problem anyone else is having? Any possible solutions?
