Simple question (maybe...), but what is the current hierarchy of polearms for 99?
Ryunohige obviously reins supreme, but how about Gungnir, Herja's, Chauve-Souris, Rhongomiant, etc? This is assuming you have near optimal gear to put them to their best use, of course.

Polearm Hierarchy for 99Follow
I believe the current hierarchy is
Ryunohige > Gungnir > Herja's > Chauve-Souris > Rhongomiant

Don't forget str magian is somewhere right around chauve. Also minor situational things like zerg starting with 300 tp cammlann on rhongo should beat gug. But those kinds of things are nuances and exceptions, not the rule.

How about for someone that doesn't have relic/mythic/empyrean or magian lance at all. I am about to come back and I have a Vogier's Contus. I see one other non magian lance that has more damage, should I just buck up and build a str lance or a weakens defense one?

Patientia Lance is ~20k on the AH. Herja's is also not relic/mythic/emp either.
