Now 6/6 on DRG AF2! :D

My achievement:
Just last night, I hit 75 Dragoon. I haven't been in a standard XP party since 25, and I solo'd it all the way since then (with one or two very short duo's mixed in). Some Campaign battling was involved, but usually only right after a level, so I could safely get a buffer

Now I get to work on merits, and I have no idea what I want to go with first :)

A couple of long-time Dragoons in my linkshell now want to go and make an all-Dragoon party, just for fun, so we're probably going to all get together and perforate some puks

Got my grubby hands on a colassal Lance today.
Not major, but the thing hargly sells on Asura
so it took a little over 2 weeks of camping the
AH for it. Besides that just 2 more levels till 70.
To bad finals are comming up so no XI for the first half
of March.

I don't consider alla FFXI =P
Really what could possibly go wrong.

Ding! Askar Body (finally), so now 3/5 Askar (missing hands and head). Did 3 floor 80 runs last night and 2 Askar dropped and nothing on the 3rd. I just have to get my last few pieces of Askar and Homam and I will feel like a sexy DRG finally lol

Ummm I got out of the party rut at lv30-32, got to drg 34 and was able to do an awesome sc with a thf for a 370dmg double thrust+500dmg viperbite= 289dmg distortion =D then i got to lv35 and still climbing

Wyrm Mail dropped last night, 5/5 on relic armor in 3months :)
Now just for the belt in Qufim later this month >>

Ding 74! Only ~30k until 75 now and I can finally get into all of the gear I've been collecting for months :D Also finally get to turn in my AF legs for +1s since I can wear them now- Huzzah!

I think SE brought back the anniversary ring because they knew I needed it to finally finish drg. Thank you SE!

Wyrm Armet just dropped on our second kill in Xarcabard. XD

I am now in the Armet club. :D 4/5 on relic now...still need those blasted boots from Sandy....-_-

Hecatomb Leggings: O

After multiple attempts and a few weeks of levelling a new subjob for it... finally managed to solo Fingerfilcher Dradzad for the Claws of the Griffon quest at 60 DRG/BLU! Fun every time, even all the ones I lost.

Also, recently soloed the San d'Oria and Windurst escort quests at 60 DRG/WHM. Next week is Bastok!

stared at a wall for 20mins thinking of how retarded someone would have to be to use drachen greaves at 75

4/5 Askar now, just need head (don't we all :P) starting 100 farming this next week. 2 disks at 100 should make this pretty realistic to happen in the next 2 weeks!

This was a while back but at lv40 in Gustav tunnel i beat my all time personal dmg with a SAWS's Double thrust on a Goblin Robber for 689dmg =O

ding lv47 and i changed my wyverns name finally from the overused Raiden to the wtf name Majha (i think...?)


EDIT: just got DRG 50 today and i now have double attack, all my jumps and my ACC bonus, also i got penta thrust and win for hitting 0dmg (antican used that one move), and a 788dmg in QSC( connected all hits with berserk and elciptal howl or whatever with maybe a double attack or 2) XD

also i got my G1 completed =D

Was gonna make a new thread but meh. This party was an achievement of fun!

You know your party is going to be interested when someone asks you how strong your healing breath is, and is a whm o_O... This is the start of what was probably my strangest, most fun and even best merit party I've ever had the pleasure of being invited to.

First of all, I was the only English player, not that it makes a difference, but these where players well above my usual pickup party caliber. After being invited, the whm party leader told me that it was my job to main heal with healing breath and to debuff every mob with Dia2. I questioned dia2 noting 30mp/cast and he said NP {Moonlight}! Right there I could tell something unique was going to happen. This would be my first merit party experience with a melee whm and frankly I was looking forward to changing it up. I actually checked the whm before setting up at the AH and he was wearing a lot of high end whm items like errant cape and novia earring, but pretty much nothing you would wear to melee. Obviously he was going to keep his set a secret.

So eventually the party fills up and we gather at the middle greater colibri camp. Probably out of laziness I rarely check the party setup before we start. After gathering I just quickly check the party list, 2 mnk 1 sam 1 whm/dnc 1 brd and me as drg/whm. Sure why not sounds like fun. Buff up and the bard starts pulling.

Here's where things get interesting... A few seconds into the fight I say in my ls Holy sh*t there's a kraken club in my party! o_O (Keep in my I usually get crappy pickups) The whm is wackin' away spamming moonlight and hexastrike keeping my MP full even though I'm casting dia2 on every mob. It was a really interesting take on a refresher lol...

It was a few fights later I realized that the sam is spamming Namas arrow. I asked my ls and friend to make sure it was the Relic bow WS because this party was so fast I didn't have time to check myself. This was only the second relic weapon I had ever partied with, the first being Kittyn with a Kikoku. This was freakin awesome.

It was a very short time before the bard pulled a wirve and I realized we where killing too fast for colibri alone to handle. Even more shockingly, we would kill 3-5 before colibri would start to respawn. Eventually I realized the sam was jumping and the monks where using berserk. So here I am, main healing this crazy ass party full of raw damage.

By far one of the most fun parties I've had in a long time. Managed well over 80,000xp in about 4 hours including arround 20 minutes of break time for people to run to town to spend merits and excludes about 30-45 minutes of me being 43999/10/9999.

After the party the JP whm sends me a /tell saying I'm a very very good dragoon and that he wants to friend list me to party on future occasions.
