just dinged 51DRG, loving Pentra thrust was hitting 300-400 0n Ants and beetles in quicksand, and hit a few 700-800s on the mage Ants which being a Mithra I was impressed with.

Capped Super Jump Merits Last night. One more for High Jump then I can cap my Group 2 stuff and be done with DRG^^

Bloody hell, forgot to post an achievement.

On Sunday evening I got my AF Helm.

This means I now have full AF... about which I am rather happy.

Chain 11 solo outside the mamool ja staging point... puks and poached wyvern pets. I don't have any god gear or any salvage,assult, or real special gear... just aggression, a disregard for merit party's trying to hoard every mob to themselves

special gear: mezraq, wyrm helm, leutenant's cape.
(if you wanna call the wyrm helm special i can live with that, i'm still 0/39 on wyrm body)

Some pieces of heca drop from Gods so that can be considered God gear.

Finally capped my drg xp. =_=; (Meanwhile on my other jobs i'm like a death or 2 away from delvl orz)

Hit parry 208 while exploring/soloing in the WotG areas on my dragoon.

Hit an angoned 1.6k Penta, /whm, no bard, no food(greater colibri ate it) in a wing burn pt post patch, which seemed kinda nice these days... but idk, you tell me lol.

Got Scholar to L6 - my upcoming new drg sub lol >.>;

Breaking my old WS Record of 1400-something. It is now 1541. On merit mob. It was on a Sea Puk, but the older one was on an IT Lesser Colibri at 55 and I 2hr'd. I didn't have berserk/double attack and didn't 2hr this time so to me it is even. I have gone much higher on weaker mobs though, ranging 1700+, but they don't count to me (lol5-1 Golem).
Finally got WAR to 37 for use as a viable subjob. I always used /sam.
Sent in some suggestions for DRG to SE.
Finally got CoP started back up, but I'm stuck at 6-4 =/

Hit 60 and will be getting my AF3 helm later tonight.

Only 6 1/2 more hours till I'm off work...

Got the helm then went to play around with it as a 60 drg/ 14 blu(gotta work on that, I know >_>).

Solo'd my very first T and VT that wasn't at a low level. I have to say it was fun as hell.

Capped High Jump merits last night. Almost done!!!

Angon once then do Polearm thats my suggestion.

Str lvl 4, /goodbye 9 merits lol.

I cried a little inside reading that.

WHOOHOOO!!! Its a good day for my Drg ^^

Hit 75 Drg today to finally add a second 75 to go with my Thfness (Only took 3.5 years for Thf, almost exactly one more year for Drg)

Dinged into full 5/5 Relic and got to finally try out my wyrm armet and Drachen Brais+1 and HB for 380 base now, I was floored! And other fun stuff like brutal earring ^^

Also Had 8 merits saved to hit 75 in style. Unlocked Angon, Lowered Jump x2, High jumpx1, and 1st hp merit, went back to party and kicked some arse.

My Drg has become insta-awesome within like 5 min XD

Went out and soloed some sea puks with all my new toys and fell in love with drg all over again ^_^

(Now we better not wipe to omega this sunday at 2% again so I can get my first friggin piece of homam. There went my dreams of dinging into some homam *grumble grumble*)

Awesome merit party today. New personal best of chain 202.

Flame rings x2, haubergeon, unji, dusk gloves GET. 3x weeks of farming (alternating between me and my lil bro doin shifts). Next goal is a haste belt (swift?) for a nin and drg haste build.
Side note: zisa beat my personal drg chain record of 125. Time to get busaaaaaay!!!

Finally did AM42-44 yesterday. Uthalam ring {yes please}.

For AM42, we went as nin, war, drg/sam(me), brd, rdm, rdm. 4 of us were same ls mates, doing it for first time. While I pride in keeping up with the best, war was as completely decked out as I've ever seen (ares/dusk/byakko, ridill, velocious belt to name a few). Pity I forgot to take out party dmg filters ; ;

Note for Drgs: Penta works best on the imperial gears, 1k+ easily for me (+meat). We wiped on gears first try, AOE got us good >.<

For the boss (soulflayer), Penta did low 300's. Skewer was a little better, high 300 to low 400's. (Again, filter prevented me from comparing numbers relatively. Was on mezraq, was afraid to try this on Love spear lol.) My penta was landing with 4-5/5 hits with meat food. I'm guessing Wheeling Thrust would be best, boss has ridiculous defense. (normal swing 50-80ish) Boss died before I thought of doing wheeling after spamming on Pentas and skewers lolz;; Took us 1 try on boss, so not too much time to experiment.

For AM44, one of the rdm and me went blm to balance out melee/magic damage balance, so not much to report there. (The only thing amusing to note was we made the war hold back for first round of blu boss so to kill with magic majority dmg, b/c first try apparently war dot alone tilted it towards melee death lol, 2nd round nin and war unloaded their ws, while the blms rested, so gave blu melee immunity last round orz.)

After receiving the above ring, I'm wondering, is it better to WS on certain att gears, if it gives higher attack rating then the str alternative? (ie - uthalam > flame, swordbelt+1 > warwolf?). I know it depends on overall gears and merits, so I'll have to experiment a bit, but wondering if anyone else has already made such comparisons.
