Overwhelm Quick QuestionFollow

Quick question from a non-sam.

A long time ago i thought it was an FTP boost. Then I could have sworn when overwhelm came up in a thread some time back that you guys said it was an Atk boost. In another thread today:

Also, how is the 2% WS damage on the MKD helm calculated? The same as overwhelm? (and if its the same....see above. Hows overwhelm done xD)

Only atk boost we've mentioned is for YGK always regardless of overwhelm.

Overwhelm is a straight multiplier: WS DMG * 1.19

MKD is likely either another multiplier or added on to overwhelm, but the difference in final dmg is way too close and there is too much variance to be able to tell without doing thousands of WS tests, and in the end it really doesn't matter so we don't care.
