Title says pretty much everything, which would be the better Torque to wear for SAM? Here's my TP set up for reference if it helps

Seeing as that doesn't exactly answer the question... If you are bent on getting an Ancient Torque, even though it would be a minor improvement, it is in-fact an improvement over PCC. In short, use a AT in TP set, it will yield greater returns than if you were to use Justice Torque for TP.
Edit: I in no way meant to be rude by the way, was just saying. Don't want to offend anyone haha.

depends entirely on your ACC and what you're fighting. if colibri, chances are you're using polearm, in which case justice is out anyway. if you're fighting mamool (and puk), chances are you want justice on for everything but the NINs, THFs, and maybe skoffins (someone else please chime in re: skoffins). i didn't look at your gear, b/c i'm on my way out the door.

I think if you can afford AT then maybe something like get a salvage Body would be more appropriate, Relic or Speed belt.. idk bout that lol.

Acc uncapped? Ancient torque > pcc > Justice
Acc capped? Justice > Anc > Pcc
Keep in mind that if your acc is capped, can you swap the acc out of another slot and get better gains than 7 attack 5 str? (For example, if you're using ace's and justice torque, swap to turban and ancient torque/pcc).
Ace's and justice torque should almost never be paired together for example. If you need that 7 acc over the 1% haste, then why are you sacrificing that valuable acc you need so much for 5 str 7 attack?
Also, if you have capped gkt merits and bushi, then justice torque is only 6 acc.
Pcc is 10 acc
Ancient torque is 12 acc
