Acc shoulda been capped but brds I don't think got the rotation right and ended up w/ 4 songs instead of 6.
I opt fo this build when acc is gonna be capped though, go full usu when it won't be, ect.

Question about the WS head: have you done MKD yet? If so, what augments did you choose?
I opted for STR+4 Acc +10 Attack +5 WS Acc +15 which... sort of replaced the Hissho for me. Haven't tossed it yet, in the event that I lvl MNK... but feel like it's more or less irrelevant to my SAM now.

I wouldn't go so far as to suggest everyone use polearm for zergs, but it is interesting to see that it can compete when you get a pile of buffs. You obviously are better geared than anyone there, and probably paying more attention. I'm sure you could pop 6 GK WS that average 1000+ too if you really wanted.

I doubt it, the guy doing kaiten didn't average 1k. Don't think I'm a do that w/ gekko.
Hmm, well it's been a long time since I did DL, even longer on SAM. I don't remember what I would average but I guess you're right. More reason for me to keep my fingers crossed for a Leviathan's Couse when we finally get around to finishing Waking the Beast.

Tried Tomoe on Dynamis Lord on last Xarc we did and with my unfinished polearm set, did 6k dmg(eyeballing in chat log) in 7ws and didnt had time to do do 2-3 more since he was already down ^^ Very please with the result and now that I have multi-hit AMKD helm, wanna try it more ;)

How much damage were the other players doing? Remember chatlog spam on DL screws up parses. Youd need to actually get data from another player running a parse himself.

This isnt anything new, multi hits have always raped single hit ws in very buffed situations. However, things need to be considered a lot before ppl say omfg he scored 2nd in the parse by a good margin against others, polearm rapes(it does). Not necessarily w/o accounting all things.
First, the kclub didnt even have acc songs which if anything even with feint on, hurt it to some extent, dying mid fight and still parsing #1 just shows us how powerful drk zerg has always been(nothing new there).
2nd, As owsum as polearm sam is, the merits isnt all toward the mechanics but toward the player. I guarantee you, that had you been on GK sam, even if you hadnt down that amount of damage, you would of still parsed as high(#2) Im not stating that gk > polearm, im stating that Veggeto is an aggressive player and a lot of why he does better is due to that. Check out the video, 3 sams didnt even 2hour til 20-30% of DL's life. Veggeto had already ws his x2 amounts, and his x3 from 2hour before they even 2houred, not to meantion that he was up on it before the other sams where, and he was already ws it over and over before others even engaged.....
The most important thing to take from this, is play style/agressiveness > all. Had the other sams played more aggressive etc, the parse would of ended more of 8% you vs 6-7% from sams. Only reason due to the more damage % they get of the pie the less of a % yours becomes.
