I realize that I'm a bit behind the time with this post, but with ACP 11 coming up this week, I've started to think of what augments I should put on the Nuevo.
Please forgive me if this topic is verboten in the SAM community, but I'm coming back from a bit of a hiatus and don't haven't seen any recent threads that ended in a "I swear to God, one more of these threads and I quit" level of discourse.
My gear setups are as follow:
*TP Gear
*WS Gear
*PentaSpam Gear
tl;dr = Hauby +1, non-Rajas 6-hit (working on CoP!), Merits are in order (capped Store TP, GKT, Overwhelm, Meditate Recast, etc etc). What do I do with Nuevo?
After looking at the available augments, I can't really think of a use for this reward on my SAM that isn't situational or macro-onry, at best. I toyed with the idea of EVA +10 and ACC+10 for a soloing piece, or EVA+10 and Fast Cast for a /NIN macro piece (which would shave off... 1 second, generously, from the Utsu recast timers) but second guessed them both.
Is there any real place in my gearswaps for this on my SAM, or would I be better served to grab the Mirke Wardecors for my BST (next planned job to 75)?

unfortunately, without rajas, you can't really make an ACC/sTP that beats haub+hachiman. ATT+10/DA+2 would be okay in the generally small amount of situations where you fight weak sh*t and cap ACC (various city dynamis, limbus, lower salvage, nyzul assault, supposedly-campaign-but-i-don't-know). that feels like a real waste to me (especially since osode would do that job just fine, as does haub+1 when you come down to it, or askar body).
if you're SAM only, i wouldn't get anything... i guess you could... RATT/RACC for occasional SAM/RNG? also a waste. i can't think of a use.

nothing comes to mind given your situation, get a pole grip for Hagun though.

There are only 3 applications for nuevo:
1) Acc and sTP +4 if that makes it your 6-hit piece
2) Acc and DW if you dual wield.
3) Fastcast and Enmity for spellcasting on PLD.
Hauby is equal and hauby+1 better than anything else. For the Atk and Double attack suggestion, you can just use askar.
