Meh, its gonna suck like all of our other wskills unless it does some sort of really cool enfeeble.
Out of the three elemental belts and gorgets that aid this weapon skill, which is the best bet? Flame, light or thunder?

Though it seems that you figured out the answer already, just to confirm it, the effects the belts give are the same (same +fTP and same amount of accuracy) as are the effects of the gorgets. The only difference between them is what weaponskills they cover.
