I'm 22 skins away from a level 85 Kannagi, and coincidentally some or my friends are finally getting around to beating AMK. My Anwig Salade currently has str, dex, WS acc, and crit dmg augments, and I'm considering remaking it into the dex, agi, ws dmg, crit dmg version.
Would that second version be the best head option for blade: hi? Would varangian helm or aias bonnet be superior to any form of AMK head?
Here is what my theoretical hi build would be:
Kannagi/Kamome/blank/Qirmiz Tathlum
AMK hat/Iga Erimaki/Brutal Earring/Drone Earring
Loki's Kaftan/Iga Tekko +2/Epona's Ring/Stormsoul Ring
Cavaros Mantle/Soil Belt/Ambusher's Hose/AF+1
+51 agi
+27% crit damage
+2% WS damage
+.1 fTP
Clearly it is lacking in attack.

Iga+2 / Seiryu (augmented) / Rajas / Epona's
Atheling / Anguinus / Ambusher's / Lithe
AMK hat with those augments is best.
Soil Belt is only 2.5% increase to fTP, Anguinus wins.
Iga body edges out Loki's with proper build.
STR+5 Store TP+5 > DEX+2 for rings.
ATK+20 DA+3 > crit dmg + for back.
ATK+10 > AGI+3 for earring.
Crit +5% > ACC+7 critdmg+ for neck.
Augmented Byakko's can beat Ambusher's in certain situations.
