If ninja subs dancer, do we benefit from the Dual wield trait dancer gets at 20?
In general, job traits do not "stack". The higher tier of Dual Wield from NIN main would override the lower tier version from your sub. None of the other job traits in this game stack, so there's no reason to believe Dual Wield as NIN/DNC or DNC/NIN will either.

very simple to test; see if /DNC (or /NIN) changes your TP return. as stated above though, no other trait stacks, so it's doubtful this one would. you'll just get the highest trait from whichever job has it.
