Currently, given the new Salvage pieces and their partial Set bonuses, the new best TP setup if your accuracy can handle it would be:

Earrings: Ghillie +1, Brutal
Body: Thaumas Coat
Hands: Tenryu Tekko +1 (w/ 2% DA augment)
Rings: Epona's, Rajas
Back: Atheling
Waist: Windbuffet Belt
Legs: Tantra Hose +2
Feet: Usukane Sune-ate +1
Victory Smite (Impetus Down)
Head: Thaumas Hat
Neck: Ele Gorget
Earrings: Moonshade Earring (w/ Attack +4, TP Bonus +25 augment), Brutal
Body: Toci's Harness
Hands: Mustela Gloves
Rings: Epona's Ring, Rajas Ring
Back: Rancorous Mantle
Waist: Wanion Belt
Legs: Thaumas Kecks
Feet: Kacura Leggings +1
Impetus Up:
Change Toci's Harness to Tantra Cyclas +2 and Feet from Kacura to Thaumas Nails
