The best I see so far for tp is

Shura Togi with 3% haste 3% crit rate/Byakko's Haidate with store TP 5 and crit damage +4%/ AF3+2 hands/head/leg during impetus

AF3+2 head/hands/body/feet plus byakko during impetus

I input this in my monk simulation and it gave the first set to be ~1.5% better outside impetus. The second set during impetus should like 5% better maybe (eyeballing didn't check). Those byakko's haidate are the sh*t. Does this mean we look awesome again?
