Soloing Earrings :: World of Warcraft

I currently use Brutal/Kemas in group, and 2X Elusive earrings in my evasion set. But while organizing my mules I found a pair of Avenger's Earrings sitting around. Would it be worth using counter earrings for solo, or should I just cash them out?

Personally I use avengers to get as close to counter cap as I can. In abbysssea they're not needed but outside I still use them.

Thanks. I'm surprised to read merman's are better than Kemas. I still have both my Merman earrings, figured I would use them bringing up other jobs.

The assumption would be that on stuff you're soloing, you are capping accuracy. Therefore Acc from Kemas is not doing anything for you and it's essentially acting as only a STR+2 earring for you. Note that Kemas is still better for WS though due to STR/VIT WS mobs (particularly the beefy ones on Ascetic's Fury).

As for solo earrings, I'd just go Brutal/???. If you have Ethereal, that's quite nice for evasion and attack in one slot. If not, either go DD (Aesir, Merman's, Moonshade) and kill things faster, or toss on an evasion earring or Avenger's.
