That's pretty much it. But to expand a little bit...
RR/GH are musts, and although I do use Apoc a lot of the time the third atma is clearly more situational. Mounted Champion is nice for 20/tic regen and less enmity decay (VIT+50 never hurts either, and is quite nice for WS/Chakra). You might be interested in using an evasion or MDB atma for some situation. Apoc is actually comparatively more valuable for /NIN than /WAR, due to Quick Magic. On /WAR you're just getting a nice chunk of Triple Attack and the convenience/insurance of auto-RR3.
As for sub, /WAR is good but you shouldn't ignore /NIN and /DNC depending on what you're doing. Sometimes shadows really do help on NMs, and /DNC is helpful for some solo/lowman activities - particularly when using Violent Flourish to stun nasty spells/abilities is viable, but Sambas and the random emergency Waltz are nice to have in your pocket.
