[dev1130] Ranged Attack AdjustmentsFollow

[dev1130] The interval between the time a ranged attack finishes and the next possible time a new command can be carried out has been reduced.

Haven't been playing for a while but I noticed this in the update notes and wondered how if effects THF and bolt usage?

Does this mean we can bloody spam faster to restore HP? Just do things quicker after shooting a bolt? (Bloody/Waltz spam comes to mind on Osh*t situations).

Curious to see peoples' experiences with this change...or if everyone just uses raiderang now?

OK so I did some searching on the interwebs because it was tough for me to find people having conversations about this portion of the update. But the people in this thread are making it sound like ranged attack delay was given a universal and significant reduction...or in our case, we can spam bolts much faster.

Not a lot of people are talking about this part of the update in the context of THF, but if this is as good as it sounds to me, THF just got a substantial buff in survivability/self healing. Not to mentioning having to spend less time to keep enfeebles applied.

When I pull mobs (with my Raider's Boomerang, yes), I try to hit them a second time while they're heading to my location.

That's about it
