Not bad tbh. I'll still take my heca cap +1 to weaponskill in, but bonnet +2 has good stats and makes a nice standalone SA piece. Mug II is amusing, but unless it has some hidden secret it's more of a cute bonus than anything (15 minute recast...... seriously).

Vest +2 will either be made or broken by the crit damage increase, which I get the feeling will be 3% based off trends I'm seeing (lots of 3 and triple among this set), in which case loki's khaftan is still better (5 more dex/agi and 2% stronger crits >>> 2% extra crit rate).

Armlets +2 doesn't surprise me at all. I saw that treasure hunter +2 bonus coming from a mile away. They always throw a gimmik in there to keep us going back. However...... 9 accuracy/evasion as well makes it a great eva set piece. Yes please.

Culottes +2 really don't make much for a ws piece unless you need the accuracy, otherwise I'd take heca or tumbler trunks. Still not a BAD piece, just has better alternatives. Gilfinder II is almost guaranteed to be lolable.

Poulaines +2 surprised me. Those make a great dancing edge weaponskill piece as well as a nice standalone SA piece, and if you're really finicky about macroing for performance you could always throw them into your assassin's charge macro (although assassin's charge is best used in conjunction with a weaponskill rather than by itself so that point is pretty moot).

The sad thing is the armlets will probably overshadow the rest of the set once again because the other pieces have fairly negligible gains over their existing alternatives and don't stand out that much, but treasure hunter +2 is something people take notice of. They do have a very high evasion rating so I can't knock them at all, but it's still classic s-e at its finest.

Remember that these are the "base" pieces and we will be able to merit them further.

Adjust the resolution of menus.
The main screen resolution for "FINAL FANTASY XI" is dependent on the "Overlay Graphics Resolution" setting.
If the Overlay Graphics Resolution is set higher than the Menu Resolution, menus will be automatically resized.

I thought of it first:

Anyone know the requirements to upgrade them on the test server? I can't check it due to me playing on xbox. Also Lobivopls mentioned this is the base set...so does this mean it can go further?

Upgrade items are unknown at this point. Some say dynamis currency but I think SE will use a different item for this. We will get AF2+2 and AF2+3 as far as I know.

Cool I was just trying to get a jump on the items so I don't have to compete with too many people when this new stuff drops. It would be nice to get those gears.
