Provided you have haste capped elsewhere I'd be interested in this as well.
Keep in mind, however, that you're giving up 5% haste for 5 attack (5 dagger skill on AF+2) and 3% DW so if there's another slot you can sacrifice haste for a more beneficial increase you'd want to do that.
Also, remember that starting at 3 pieces(I think?) of AF+2 you get the "triple damage" on 2nd/3rd swings on a triple attack. Head/legs/body are typically the pieces you'll want to TP in, so if you remove body, you lose that bonus (don't know the activation rate).
At this point what we're really missing is a good non-haste TP option for hands or feet. Haste is at 23% with body/legs/head/waist. To cap it you need 3 more, easiest in hands or feet and frees up the other slot. If we had a crit hit rate/damage or a double/triple attack option (with a reasonable activation rate, not AF2 feet), I'd go with that.
For now though I suppose ballerines/dusk+1/homam with AF2 hands is probably best.
