If there are two thfs in a party, one with a higher level of base TH than the other (say, one has AF3+2 feet and the other does not), can both thfs proc additional levels of TH through the course of the fight?
For example, Thf 1 has TH4. Thf 2 has TH 6. Thf 1 hits. Mob now has TH4. Thf 2 hits. Mob now has TH 6. Thf 1 does sneak attack - is it possible for Thf 1 to proc to TH7?
In other words, can you ramp up the level of TH on a mob by having multiple thfs, even if they have different base TH levels?

I have noticed that yes other thfs can push it up higher, however I have never seen it go up more than 3 times. Just my opinion but I think there is a cap of 3 to how many times TH can raise. Either that or the probability of raising it higher is incredibly slim.

I have personally seen it go up 5 times with just me on it. I started at 3 (pre 90 with just TK) and got all the way up to 8 before the mob died. As for the premise of the OP, not sure.
If you can't use multiple thieves as the OP describes then it invites the question: If two thieves with identical starting TH are attacking the mob, who's TH takes precidence? Just whoever gets a level up first?

I believe there was something about that in the patch notes that the higher TH will overwrite the lower one. Maybe I am wrong though.
Once TH of any level is applied any thf van raise it. If a higher TH than isnon the mob is used, it becomes the new higher tier. Any thf cam then raise it more. Once TH is applied TH gear no longer matters at all. If TH 5 gets proceed to 6 a TH 6 thf can just never use TH gear it won't matter and he can proc it higher.
I use all my TH gear in a macro with a RA. I then just use DD gear with TK for openin WS and swap to DD dagger. TH applied and can go all out asap.

Does this mean the best way to raise TH would be to have your highest TH level thief equip all their stuff for first action, then have a bunch of other thieves meleeing it too? More thieves = more chance at level up right?
Though I'm not sure if I've ever seen 2 thieves meleeing the mob both get seperate level up messages. Always looked to only be one of the players.

Yes, I have engaged a mob with th6 on it already from another thf and my SA proced th 7. It was my first hit on the mob and i had no th gear on. The THF in question had TH5 and already proced 1 up on some hit.

A good test would be a genbu or somethin. Get 6 thfs a pld and only use SA and TA for Any ddoutside the pld.
Could also get a lot of mkris thfs on one of those think in castle (s) for that op. Just go to town on arts and low damage SA.
Anyone have some better test ideas?

It seems to be, whatever TH level is attributed, it's attributed to the mob, not to the player, and any THF can add to that TH, though I bet there's a limit to how much an individual THF can add according to his or her own TH level. I made it proc to a 9 directly after another THF proc'd to 8 while duoing. I only had my innate TH3 during the fight (other THF had hands, dagger, and atma so I didn't bother). In fact, this may be bad of me, but since I don't have TH hands or feet, I tend to presume that another THF in the alliance (if there is one) has higher TH than me at this point, and I don't bother equipping additional TH gear at all.
