I noticed the update on wiki already. It's basically "Mercy Stroke +1" with a 60% dex mod instead strength, which is freakin sweet. It caters to RR (and sneak attack) perfectly. Level 90 Mandau's Mercy Stroke now has a 3.75 fTP mod, but the aftermath on Twashtar is so much better, and a 300% tp Rudra's is pretty radical. It's enough to make one drool.

Interesting idea. These stats (as opposed to the 30% outdated info) will improve its performance vs Evis even more since the offhand hit and any 2x/3x attacks will now actually have significantly higher damage than evis hits. They still cant crit, but the additional hits beyond the 1st stand up far better with a 60% mod vs evis. Not to mention, lower ftp but higher mods is actually better for damage anyway sicne we have lolBaseDamage weapons. More mods the better! And this goes without saying that abyssea performance will be WAY up as we can get dex out the wazoo there.
