Doubt I'd use them for TA+DE. They do seem like a good unstacked DE piece, but anything you need accuracy (and attack) on for a WS, there's a very good chance you may be using Shark Bite or Mandalic Stab instead.

Would have to run some numbers to see exactly when they beat out Heca and vice versa, but they're certainly a good piece.
