200 Marlbolo's under Wind weather/day, any suggestions? I've been in Wajaom but weather is seldom and I don't get much from a day of wind. Please help!
Wajaom and bhaflau are both your most optimal spots and they share the same weather. If you haven't seen it much you probably haven't been there that long since in my experiences it's almost always up (at least compared to other zones). You can still do these on windsday if you're unlucky with weather. Most people wait till then anyway so it should be easy to group with someone.

Bhaf Thickets, hoping to get a party/alliance is the way to go. 5 of them pop not far from the exit from WG.
Also, you can team up with others doing the last tier of the evasion dagger trial as they require plantoids (of which morbols are part of the family). Just hope they kill morbols and don't spend too much time on saplings.

There is an endless loop of 6 in wajoam woodlands that I did my 2 wind kila +1 on. Weather there depends on season, it could be that you were unlucky coming in the not so windy season. But this is by far the best area you will find for wind weather.
Oh and /nin and keep shadows up. It will make your life easier. If you don't they could spam moves on you that will slow you down. If shadows are up, they always use vampiric root.

You want to camp wind weather outside Whitegate during the ideal season, which is during game months 4-6. Use the "/clock on" command to view current Vana'diel date. Note that one Vana'diel year spans over approximately two RL weeks, so plan accordingly. (One RL day = 25 Vana'diel days)
During those months, it is not unusual to see 3-day spans with daily wind weather in the weather forecast. During any other time, you'll usually only see 0-1 days of wind weather in a 3-day span.
Previously, I just waited for Windsdays to do this trial. But now, with the "5 credits during weather" thing, it's definitely a better use of your time to simply wait for the right season.
Slight amendment there. It doesn't HAVE to be Utsusemi, although Utsusemi does count and is the obvious go-to pick for a THF.

Thanks for your feedback guys/gals! I guess I was just unlucky but I agree, better to wait for weather than the day! Especially solo'ing morlboro's in Wajoam :)
If you have to solo, note that ameretats are packing a heavy Auto Regen effect as long as they are within their relative spawn radius. A lot of people that are likely using windower to see enemy HP% notice this but many don't know how to stop it. Pull the ameretat some distance away, and the regen stops.
Course, if you're slaughtering these in 5 seconds with an alliance, the regen hardly matters.
