Kirschy, haste researcher and math master, found the values for it and posted the results recently in this thread.
Apparently on lucky roll, it decreases delay by 11.3%. On 11, it's 12.1%.
I'd log on and check myself, but I'm feeling AWOL atm. Can anyone confirm if this stacks cumulatively with dual wield?
If it does, 90Thf/Nin at a hypothetical 43%DW (assuming auric, mirke, and 5% boomerang if it is so), stands to gain a DPS increase of ~24.7% upon a lucky blitzer's roll. Combine that with AF3 if one is so lucky, and Thf's newfound ease of hitting the equip haste cap, and Thf/Nin in a Brd+Cor party begins to look mighty tasty.
Consider ridiculous amount of triple attack on AF3 and +accuracy being given in copious quantities to recent equip, allowing ease of capped hit rate as well. Thf/Nin's hits/time will hit unprecedented heights. I feel that a well equipped thief stands to be very powerful. But this of course poses the problem that newfound TP gain will lead to a lot of unstacking, and the higher DPS will render SA/TA less important. Not to mention if people aren't doing it now, they should consider free SA/TA'ing in more haste & DW equipment.
Anyway, nerdgasm aside, I still don't know if this compounds with DW -delay. Does anyone know?
